You are fast, precise, and have a natural eye for pacing and storytelling. You know short-form and long-form are different disciplines and you are great at both. CapCut and Premiere fluency preferred.

You write like people talk. You can take a brief, a voice reference, and a strategy document and produce scripts that sound exactly like the person saying them. Real estate knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.

You know every platform, how each algorithm behaves, and what makes content actually perform. You are organised, proactive, and can manage multiple client accounts without dropping anything.
Videography · Field Based

You shoot with intention. You direct talent on the day, get the coverage we need, and deliver files that make the editor's job easy. Experience in talking-head and lifestyle content preferred.

You design for social first. Thumbnails, carousels, branded assets. You understand that good social design is invisible until it stops the scroll. Figma fluent. Strong typographic instincts.
